Hoa Binh省にて化学物質の取引、製造に関する法律違反により
Nhat Thanh Agricultural Chemical社が9か月間の業務停止を言い渡されました。
２０１９年10月22日にホアビン省カイソン郡ダンホアにて環境省の監査があり、
承認された環境保護計画や看板が無いなど、化学物質の規制に深刻に違反していた。
出口の照明、生産エリアと倉庫での化学物質安全規則がなかったり、危険な化学物質の特性による
保管エリアの分離と配置がなされていなかった。
製品へのラベルは規定された充分な情報も不足していた。

市場管理当局によるとホアビン省の管理局はすでに決定を下し、
人民委員会の委員長に対して文書を発行して上記の違反について下記の決定を通知した。
5件の違反の合計罰則金額は1億３６５０万VND,
企業の活動の9か月間の停止
Hoa Binh province: A company name Nhat Thanh Agricultural Chemicals Co,.ltd had violated seriously on the law of manufacturing and trading chemicals.
In an inspection of the local authorities at the company warehouse at Dan Hoa Commune, Ky Son District, Hoa Binh Province on 22nd October 2019. The company had violated seriously the regulations of chemical activities such as no approved environment protection plans, no sign boards, lights at the exit ways, no chemical safety regulations at the production areas and warehouse, no area separation and arrangement by properties of dangerous chemicals, labels not full sufficient information as regulations (labels not have address, name of processing and packaging company)
According to the General of Market Management, the Department of Market Management of Hoa Binh Province have already finished and presented documents to the Chairman of People Committee to issue a fine decision to company for the above violations.
As planed total amount for 05 violations is about VND 136.5 million and suspend company activities for 9 months.
