We can analyze many customer-supplied cutting samples with cutting sample sizes from small to maximum 50mm.

Implementation method

With unpolished and unpolished product samples, it is impossible to determine the exact edge, and it is also difficult to determine the defect point on the cut surface. Therefore, we need to prepare the sample before observing visually on the microscope.

First, the sample needs to be molded, then grinded with 180-800-1200-2000 sandpaper for 20-30 minutes, then washed and polished
