Background

Chemicals Law 69/2025/QH15, promulgated on 14 June 2025, and the related 2026 regulations have substantially changed the procedures required for handling and storage. The scope of chemicals covered, the certificates required and the requirements for storage sites have all been revised, and many companies now have to re-apply.

We have staff with practical knowledge of handling chemicals in Vietnam, and we have gained experience through obtaining licences for our own warehouse. We put that experience to work on your applications.
