We have operated dangerous goods storage in Bac Ninh Province since 2019, in compliance with Vietnamese law and with warehouse licences issued by the relevant authorities. We support trading and logistics companies all the way to obtaining their own trading, import and handling licences at our warehouse.

Two lines of business

Storage of chemicals and dangerous goods in Vietnam, together with the supply of surface treatment chemicals. As the Vietnamese base of Token Co., Ltd., which has 50 years of experience in Japan, we support companies operating in Vietnam.

PRIMARY

Dangerous Goods Warehouse

A 1,600 m² dedicated dangerous goods warehouse in Bac Ninh Province. We accept acids, alkalis and toxic substances, and customers can obtain trading, import and handling licences at our site.

SECONDARY

Surface Treatment Chemicals

Chemicals and equipment for plating pre-treatment, degreasing, chemical polishing and anodes. Mainly Japanese manufacturers, supplied reliably within Vietnam.

Dangerous Goods Warehouse

With formal licences from the Vietnamese authorities, we can store acids, alkalis and toxic substances and support licensing. Fire prevention (PCCC) and environmental approvals are in place.

What we can accept

Acids, alkalis, toxic substances and other dangerous goods falling under CLASS 3, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 8 and 9. Types and quantities are limited to the scope of our certificate, so please send us the SDS.

Fire safety and equipment

As a dedicated dangerous goods warehouse, our facilities have been approved and inspected for fire prevention (PCCC). Chemicals are zoned according to hazard and reactivity.

The 2026 amendments to Vietnamese chemical law have limited the range of chemicals that may be stored. We cannot prepare a quotation without knowing the types and quantities, so please register on the booking system and enter the SDS details.

We are building a new dangerous goods warehouse in Hai Duong, planned to include bonded warehouse functions. Customers whose volume, class or conditions do not fit our Bac Ninh warehouse can book here.

CONSULTING

Chemical Regulatory Consulting

We support licensing and applications under Chemicals Law 69/2025/QH15, promulgated in 2025, and the related 2026 regulations. For manufacturers, traders and transport companies.

Licensing support

We support applications to the Department of Industry and Trade, including certificates of eligibility for conditional chemical trading and licences for specially controlled chemicals.

Document preparation

We help prepare the documents required by law, including Biện pháp (chemical incident prevention and response measures), Kế hoạch and SDS.

TK CHEMICAL was established in Hanoi in 2014 as the first overseas base of Token Co., Ltd. Token is headquartered in Saitama, Japan, and has sold plating chemicals and equipment in Japan for 50 years.
