A 2024 article kept as a record. The basis at the time was Decree 82/2022/ND-CP; the annual drill obligation now sits in clause 3 of Article 39 of Law on Chemicals No. 69/2025/QH15.
On 25 November 2024, TK Chemical ran a chemical incident response drill at its Bac Ninh warehouse.
The drill worked through the full set of steps: detecting the incident, notification, marking, cordoning, evacuation, coordination with the relevant units (fire service, medical) and environmental remediation.
The drill is held annually to raise awareness and strengthen coordination between businesses handling chemicals and the authorities in the province. At the end of each drill the company draws lessons on coordination, management and command by the incident response committee.
