On 6 September 2023, the Bac Ninh Department of Industry and Trade held a working session and inspection at TK Chemical’s warehouse, as part of strengthening state management of industrial chemicals in the province.
What the inspection covered
- The certificate of eligibility to trade in chemicals on the industrial conditional production and trading list;
- The qualifications and competence of management, technical staff and employees directly involved in chemical activities;
- Sale contracts, invoices and documents proving the origin of the chemicals;
- Chemical safety training records; the chemical qualifications and certificates of the management and the technical officer in charge;
- The condition of buildings, warehouses, equipment, transport means and safe operation;
- The monitoring log for production, trading and use of industrial precursors;
- The approved incident prevention and response Plan or Measures, and the drill programme;
- Submission of the annual consolidated report on chemical activities.
