Chemical licences and certificates: who issues them and for how long

Law on Chemicals No. 69/2025/QH15 reorganises the whole paperwork system around three chemical groups (conditional / requiring special control / banned) and three activities (production / trading / storage service).

this provision takes effect on 1 July 2026
