The amendment process is over. Law on Chemicals No. 69/2025/QH15 was passed by the 15th National Assembly at its 9th session on 14 June 2025 and took effect on 1 January 2026 (clause 1 of Article 47).
Its scope spans three areas: development of the chemical industry, chemical activities, and safety and security in chemical activities (as Decree 24/2026/ND-CP restates it).
